We process: contact-form details you submit voluntarily (name, email, optional company, message); the website address you submit to the free website check (used to run the check and prevent abuse; the hostname is stored only as a hash where retained); and technical data needed to operate and protect the site.
We use this data only to respond to your inquiry (your request / pre-contract steps), to operate and secure the website and prevent abuse (our legitimate interest), and to meet legal obligations.
We use only a strictly-necessary consent cookie (cw_consent) and, if you accept, a language-preference cookie (cw_lang); if you accept, your theme choice is kept in your browser's local storage. We set no analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies. See the Cookie Policy.
IP addresses are hashed (SHA-256 with a secret) before storage and used only for rate-limiting and abuse prevention. Standard server access logs may temporarily record IP addresses and user-agent strings for security and reliability. The free website check hashes the submitted hostname for rate-limits and inspects only public information.
We do not sell your data and use no advertising trackers. We may rely on service providers (for example, hosting, email delivery, and backup or security operations) that process data on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms; we do not share your data for third-party marketing.
We keep contact submissions and related correspondence for up to 3 years. Server logs are kept only briefly for security; rate-limit and checker hostname hashes only for their rate-limit window; and admin audit logs only as needed to operate the service securely.
We are based in the Republic of Moldova and may serve clients in the EU and Romania. Where applicable law requires safeguards for cross-border transfers, we use or require appropriate contractual and data-protection safeguards.
Subject to applicable law (including the GDPR where it applies), you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or object to processing, and (where processing is based on consent) withdraw that consent. You may lodge a complaint with the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova or, for EU residents, your local supervisory authority.
